University Housing staff members can nominate any other staff member for a High Five. There is no limit to the number of nominations a staff member can submit each month.

What should a nomination look like?

You can nominate someone for having an overwhelming positive attitude in a stressful situation, staying late to complete a project, cleaning up a huge mess, responding to an emergency (flood, fire, etc) appropriately, tackling a particularly challenging project, or any other reason you’d want to say “High Five – good job!”

Nominees will receive a certificate and a pin. Your nomination will be printed word-for-word on their certificate, so please be clean and concise in your nomination.
