Panthers Protect Panthers

The health and well-being of our campus community is top priority at UWM. With the coronavirus situation constantly evolving, we urge everyone to become familiar with the health information at uwm.edu/coronavirus/ and to check back regularly to stay informed.

University Housing Status

The main Housing Office (Sandburg C100) is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. In-person visits are permitted, with occupancy limits. We highly encourage you to call, email, or use the COVID-19 Contact Form to reach our staff for assistance. If reaching out after business hours, please go to your Service Desk for assistance. Remember to mask-up if you are experiencing symptoms.

Symptoms?

If you test positive for COVID-19, you are able to isolate on campus or stay in your permanent room/space. It is expected for you to mask for 5 days after symptoms begin. It is encouraged to get tested and make an appointment with the Student Health and Wellness Center.

Pack A Go Bag

Be prepared. Have a duffel bag packed and ready in case you need to move quickly into isolation for a 5-day period. University Housing has a list of items we encourage you to pack into your “go bag” to bring with you to the temporary space.
