“Leveraging the Arena” Client: City of Milwaukee, Dept of City Development
How do we redevelop the city for the next generation? Vibrant public spaces, efficient buildings, alternative transportation, and mixed-use neighborhoods. The work in Leveraging the Arena shows how students explored the public-private Bucks arena investment in order to transform the entertainment district and create sustainable value for downtown Milwaukee.
