Printing

Printing/Plotting is available in AUP179.

SARUP has output devices capable of 8-1/2″ x 11″ and 11″ x 17″ color laser prints and 24″, 36″ or 42″ wide color plots (paid by credit card in AUP179). We have added new media options like HP Clear Film, and Adhesive Matte Polypropylene and HP Permanent Adhesive Vinyl. Basically, the new Adhesive options are 36 inch stickers to replace old option of dry mounting.

Plotting is calculate by the Square Footage.
Printing Letter or 11×17 is calculate by the Page.
What are the paper options and pricing?

How do I plot/print?

  1. You need to fill out the Online Print Request Form.
  2. Submit the Online Print Request Form with your PDF files or OneDrive Shared PDF Links to sarup-plot@uwm.edu.
  3. Fill out text form to notify the Print Staff about your print requests
  4. You will come to AUP179 to pay by credit card.
  5. You will receive email notifying you to pick up your print jobs in AUP179 – RP Lab.

Note: HP Plotter can take 10 to 15 minutes for each plot – Day of Reviews – plot jobs may moved to KIP Plotter which are done in minutes.
