Bio
Paul Vepraskas is a certified geographic information systems professional (GISP) with a professional consulting background working with government groups, agencies, and private industry. He has worked on projects all over the United States focusing on internet based GIS solutions and recently leveraging GIS on mobile devices. His interests in making GIS simple for users has allowed non-technical people to access and utilize data in ways that saves time and resources. Making GIS simple and exciting is a philosophy that Paul carries into his classroom, he has taught several semesters at UWM and Alverno, and continues to work at Foth as a GIS consultant.
