Sig Strautmanis is an adjunct professor of urban planning who teaches the introduction to land use planning course. He works on design, municipal entitlements, construction, and environmental initiatives at General Capital Group. He helps lead General Capital’s affordable housing efforts. Sig earned his master’s degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning at UW-Milwaukee.
