Guest Housing

Residential Guest Services offers fully furnished apartments with hotel-like service at short- and long-term rates. To make a request for a reservation, please fill out the reservation request form at the bottom of this page in its entirety. Once your request is processed, we will contact you to arrange payment. A deposit is required to hold your reservation.

Kenilworth Guest Housing

Groups larger than eight (8) guests will need to contact Residential Guest Services directly to inquire about accommodations: stay@uwm.edu or (414) 229-0512.

Check-in is at 3 pm on the day of arrival. All guests must vacate by 11 am on the day of the departure.

Eligibility

Guests of Kenilworth Guest Housing must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Relationship with / or guest of a campus department or organization
  • UWM student over the age of 18
  • Parents/family of Current Enrolled UWM students
  • UWM Alumni
  • Current UWM Faculty/Staff

Note: Children under the age of 17 can stay in Guest Housing for no more than two (2) total nights in a seven (7) day period.

Room/Parking Rates
Guest Housing offers fully furnished two-bedroom apartment units, for both long or short term guest or group stays. Rooms include a TV, one-full sized bed per bedroom, bedroom and bathroom linens and personal use toiletries. The kitchen includes full-sized appliances, a kitchen island with stools, and pots and pans that can be provided upon request.

Nightly Rate Long Term Stay (14+Nights) 
Eligible Self-Pay Guest  $120 $70/night or $2,100/month
UWM Departmental Sponsored Guest
For UWM Departments paying via direct charge to University Housing, we do provide a nightly discounted rate.		 $100 $60/night or $1,800/month

Effective July 1, 2024: $65/night or $1,950/month
