Attention UWM Students who rely on the UPASS to ride MCTS Buses: You must redeem a new benefit code in the UMO Mobility app to continue using your UPASS each semester.
If you’re enrolled in Spring 2024 classes and paying segregated fees, you’ve already been assigned a code. Simply log into your Microsoft account and submit the UPASS Benefit Code Request Form to receive your new code. This code needs to be activated through the UMO Mobility app using your UWM email address. For a step-by-step guide on redeeming your benefit code, head to UWM’s Transportation Services website.
Students with a physical bus card must also redeem a new benefit code. See our website for instructions.
Remember to carry your student ID whenever you ride the bus. Bus drivers may ask to see your student ID to verify your identity while using your UPASS.
