The Prowl Line is a supplemental shuttle service that provides direct transportation from the UW-Milwaukee Kenwood Campus to the Capitol and Humboldt (UPARK) Surface Lot and Residence Halls.
To use the service, riders need to present their PantherCard to a scanner for the driver. It must be a physical PantherCard; digital student IDs, such as the GET mobile app are not supported. Guests of UWM Housing residents may accompany a UWM student, and must present photo identification to the driver.
Note: Students auditing classes or taking only online courses, traditionally are not paying segregated fees. This can be verified by reviewing the student’s PAWS account. The Capitol and Humboldt (UPARK) Surface Lot parking permit is not free to non-segregated fee-paying students. Non-segregated fee paying students will need to purchase the semester-long Capitol and Humboldt (UPARK) Surface Lot parking permit.
Prowl Line (Commuters)
Students who pays segregated fees can get a free permit online at uwm.edu/transportation/portallogin. Otherwise, the associated charge is $2.00 per day (pay at pay station in UPARK Lot or via Parkmobile), or purchasing a permit online at uwm.edu/transportation/portallogin.
