Professional Development in Teaching and Learning Certificate

The Certificate of Professional Development in Teaching and Learning offers faculty and academic staff the opportunity to choose from a wide array of CETL professional development options in order to complete a self-tailored Certificate. By choosing from among several “menus” of choice within two broad categories, you can pursue a structured program of professional development at your own pace. Examining discipline-specific classroom strategies through individual study, professional feedback, and interdisciplinary dialogue on teaching and learning, the Certificate provides a pathway for ongoing faculty development and continuing commitment to student academic success.

If you have participated in CETL workshops and events in the past, they may count toward completion of the certificate. See the complete list of qualifying workshops and activities.
