Attendee Information

Event Location

In-Person and Online. In-Person will take place at the Pfister Hotel, 424 E. Wisconsin Avenue, 7th floor, Milwaukee, WI, from 8am to 5pm. Online will take place via Webex Events App and Zoom from 8am to 4:30pm.


Parking can be a challenge in downtown Milwaukee.  We encourage conference attendees to carpool or, if you work downtown, to walk from your usual parking spot.

  • There is limited parking available in the Pfister structure for $10 per day. Validations for these spots will be available at the UWM registration table on the 7th floor of the Pfister during the event.
  • Please see this map for additional parking lots near the Pfister Hotel .
  • We suggest reserving a parking spot in advance at a nearby lot via a parking app (SpotHero, ParkWhiz, etc.).

Name Badges

You will receive a name badge with your session selections at the registration table on the seventh floor when you arrive.

Lactation room

We will have a lactation room available. Check at the conference registration desk for the location.

Internet Café

A quiet workspace will be available if you need to take a break to check emails or do other work on your computer.

Conference App

In-person and online and participants will use the Webex Events app to access conference information, create profiles, share insights, network with other conference attendees and speakers and view sponsor booths. Access to the Webex events app will be sent to the email address that you submitted during the registration process, two weeks prior to the event. Please note: you must log into the event app using the email address that you provided when registering. For troubleshooting advice, visit the event app FAQ page.
