Agile-Scrum Essentials
This seven-hour, instructor-led, course delves into the fundamental principles and practices of the Agile Scrum framework. Designed for all members of a Scrum team, it explores the roles, events and artifacts that form the backbone of Scrum, an iterative approach to product development and project management. From learning the responsibilities of the Scrum Master, Product Owner and Development Team, to understanding Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Product Backlogs, you will gain practical insights and techniques to foster collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within your team. You’ll be equipped with the knowledge and skills to navigate a Scrum team with confidence, enabling you to drive value and achieve success.
This course can be applied to the Project Management Certificate.
