This 14-hour, instructor-led course delves into the complexities of expanding Agile methodologies across multiple teams within an organization. Designed for professionals with Agile experience, it begins with the foundational principles of scaling Agile and its impact on organizations. You will gain practical insights into navigating the intricacies of Agile at scale including how to tackle challenges and uncover strategies for driving transformation within your organization. Understand the roles and responsibilities within multiple Agile teams as well as techniques for aligning initiatives. Evaluate popular scaling frameworks by dissecting their structures and ceremonies to help choose the ways of working that meet your organization’s needs. Additionally, you learn how to establish feedback loops and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of your Agile initiatives at scale. Collaboration and communication are key in a scaled Agile environment, and this course will introduce you to the tools and techniques that foster cross-team collaboration, manage dependencies and resolve conflicts effectively.
