Sample Four Year Plan

The data science major leads to a Bachelor of Science degree jointly conferred by the College of Letters and Science and the College of Engineering and Applied Science.

This sample four-year plan shows just one possible pathway to earning a degree with a mathematics major in four years and should not be followed verbatim without consulting an advisor. Every student has their own circumstances that will be taken account during individual advising.

In order to complete this program in four years, entering students need to test into and start the math sequence no lower than pre-calculus. This plan also assumes that a student took no world language in high school. To clarify any degree requirements, please contact a Department Undergraduate Advisor.
