“What is it that makes the Golden Ratio so interesting? For mathematics, the Golden Ratio gets its interest from its amazing collection of self-reproducing properties. We will discuss how the golden ratio solves a simple but interesting geometric problem involving Cantor sets after constructing a special Cantor Set that deserves to be called a “Golden Cantor Set”.”
