The Mathematical Association of America (MAA) presents:

AMC 8 Mathematics Competition

[Hosted by the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee]

AMC 8 is a 25 question, 40 minute multiple choice exam in middle school mathematics. Students develop positive attitudes towards analytical thinking & mathematics that can assist in the future.

AMC 8 is geared towards students with a passion for problem solving. Students must be grade 8 or below & under 14.5 years old on the day of competition.

Participation is free, but registration is required. To register, email Dr. Lijing Sun with student’s name, age, school, grade & family contact email.
