The Frick lab joined a team from the College of Engineering and Applied Science to study how superhydrophobic and photocatalytic antimicrobial (SPA) coatings might be used to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The four Co-PIs received a $198,326 NSF COVID-19 RAPID grant.
