The Craft Centre offers so many free options from demonstrations to crochet nights! We will offer different crafting projects frequently on the Union Concourse. Some of the projects offered will include you-paint-it pottery, macramé, string art, garland making, ornaments and much more!
**All events take place in the Union Studio Arts and Craft Centre, Union EG30, unless otherwise noted.**
PROJECT OF THE WEEK
Each week, two different crafting projects will be offered to work on in the Craft Centre.
Some of the projects offered will include embroidery, you-paint-it pottery, crochet, origami, DIY slime, and more.

Collage Social Night

Dive into the world of collage with us! Join our monthly Collage Social Event for an open and creative atmosphere. Drop in and discover the art of collage-making while witnessing the diverse creations of others. All materials needed to get started will be provided!
Valentine’s Artist Fair

Fiber Arts Social Night
Tuesday, February 27, 6-8pm
Do you like crocheting? Knitting? Sewing? Weaving? Then fiber arts social night is a chance to do just that with other like-minded people. This monthly drop-in meeting will give participants a chance to work in our studio space on your fiber arts projects with other fiber artists. This gives you a chance to meet and talk with others and see what others are working on. The fibers area lead will be there to guide you on use of our facilities and help in any way they can.
Geek Week-Resin DND Dice Making
March 4-8
Find us in the Craft Centre for DIY resin dice! Appointments will be on a first come, first served basis and Craft Centre staff will walk you through the steps of creating a unique, personal set of dice for you to take home. Keep an eye on our social media and website for sign ups! (You will be notified when your set of dice has cured and is ready for pickup)

Earth Week Terrariums with Campus Activities Board
Monday, April 22, 1-3pm
Location: Student Union Concourse
Join the Campus Activities Board and Craft Centre on the Concourse to make a terrarium for Earth Week! Using recycled jars and containers and filling them with succulents and cute decorations, you will take an item out of a landfill and add a sweet potted plant to your home!
