Ekaterina Vargas

Ekaterina (Katia) Vargas is a native Russian speaker and is passionate about the Russian language and Russian culture. Her goal is to provide an easy to follow guidance and a fun learning experience while helping the students to accomplish their learning goals. Katia is experienced in teaching beginner; intermediate and advanced levels and she focuses both in speaking and writing skills. Katia creates a dynamic, interactive classroom experience.

Katia’s academic background includes the following degrees – Bachelor of Marketing, Business Administration from the Saint Petersburg State University, St.-Petersburg, Russia; Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing Major from Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, Master of Business Administration, Marketing Major from Concordia University, Milwaukee, and Art Diploma from the St.- Petersburg Art School, St.-Petersburg, Russia. She also works as a programs manager during the day and teaches art classes for kids at the Russian School Erudite, Milwaukee, during the weekend.

Katia’s hobbies include traveling (she has visited over 25 countries), photography and art. She loves to read and enjoys long walks with her dog.
