Diana Howles

Diana Howles is an award-winning speaker who brings 25 years of experience in the learning and development field. As a world-class trainer, she has worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, Merck, Nikon, RR Donnelley and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, as well as government clients including the FDA, U.S. Customs Border Protection and the USDA. She has also partnered with academic institutions such as UW-Milwaukee, UW-Madison, Elgin Community College and St. Norbert. She is CEO and co-founder of Howles Associates, LLC which provides courses, consulting, coaching and critiques for effective virtual training, virtual meetings and on-camera presentations. As a certified virtual instructor, she has trained professionals online in over a dozen countries. She is a past president of the ATD-Madison Area Chapter and has published many professional learning and development articles over the years. She earned her master’s degree from Colorado State University and holds a BA in communication arts and business. Her book on effective virtual training will be released in early 2022.
