Ann Manning

As the principal of AMM Consulting, Ann Manning coaches and consults with clients to develop strong leaders and build high-performing teams and organizations. With over 25 years of experience in corporate, nonprofit and consulting roles, Ann has a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions through leadership development, executive and career coaching, talent management and human resources consulting.

In addition, Ann is an executive coach with BPI Group, a global leadership and talent development organization.

Through her expertise and empathetic personality, Ann quickly builds trusting coaching and consulting relationships. She’s helped countless clients explore opportunities, focus action and shift leadership behaviors. From individuals to organizations, and start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, her work has made an impact with clients at Northwestern Mutual, SC Johnson, MMAC, Continental Properties, Manitowoc Company, Marquette University and many more.

Prior to AMM Consulting, Ann coached executives and leaders, built talent management and leadership development programs, and consulted on team and organizational development and strategic HR at various companies such as Northwestern Mutual, Lee Hecht Harrison and JP Morgan Chase. These roles not only built her skills but helped her understand the challenges facing today’s leaders.

Ann is a certified ICF coach and holds numerous professional certifications from CTI Co-Active Training Institute, Hogan, Korn Ferry, MBTI and Prosci, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business and psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She’s been a featured speaker at UWM’s Women Leaders Conference, Fuel Milwaukee Bootcamp and the Milwaukee Metro Society of HR Management. Ann teaches in UWM’s School of Continuing Education Leadership program.

In her free time, Ann is dedicated to serving her community through board leadership roles at Family Sharing of Ozaukee County and the Cedarburg Performing Arts Center. Married with three adult children, Ann resides in Cedarburg, Wisconsin.
