It outlines the pros and cons of wearing both hats as an administrator and clinical supervisor, and how it can affect good supervision. The course helps you identify and use best practices in your agency. Understand how good supervision supports evidence-based practice and helps with retention and morale.
This course can be applied to the AODA Clinical Supervision Certificate.
