Mind-Body Tools for Deeper Wellness

Mounting evidence indicates that mind-body practices, especially guided imagery, can decrease anxiety and depression and lead to a deeper sense of well-being. Explore stress resilience, somatic awareness, creative expression and guided imagery as therapeutic tools through active and experiential learning. Gain fresh perspectives and new ways to think about the mind-body connection, along with practical and innovative techniques to use with your clients. Our focus is on cultivating compassionate therapeutic presence and positive mind-body states, rather than on pathology.
