This questionnaire is intended to help the department determine the number of new students we can admit to our graduate program for the 2018-19 academic year. This is not a survey to determine your assistantship for Fall 2018. The survey to determine assistantship will be sent in April. In this survey, “financial support” refers to all of the various teaching and research assistantships and fellowships offered by the UWM Department of Mathematical Sciences and the Graduate School.
