The March 2021 InFocus Newsletter constructed by the college of Letters & Science recognizes UW-Milwaukee Mathematics atmospheric sciences professor Jonathan Kahl.

Kahl has been with the UW-Milwaukee Mathematics department since 1990. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1987 with a PhD in Atmospheric Science. Most recently, he was awarded the 2020 UWM Faculty Distinguished Undergraduate Teaching Award.
