“In this talk, I will talk about a comparison principle for a Hamilton-Jacobi equation on the space of probability measures. The original motivation of proving the comparison principe of such HJ equation is to prove a LDP for vortex dynamics using non-linear semigroup approach. While in this talk I will introduce the HJ equation in the way of a control problem of 2-D Navier-Stokes equation.”
