This week features Dr. Wilkistar Otieno of Kenya. Dr. Otieno is an Associate Professor and Department Chair of UWM’s Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering department, and she directs the NSF/S-STEM project, Preparing Engineers Computer Scientists (PECS). She also mentors students of Latino, African American, and other backgrounds as part of the Wisconsin Alliance for Minority Preparation (WiscAMP) program.
