In this workshop learn how to make a wearable piece of jewelry that will compliment your style and taste. Participants will learn the basic skills that every jeweler uses in their daily work life in order to create a beautiful penny brooch. This brooch uses a penny to secure itself onto your clothes and garments and is a good starting place for anyone who is interested in learning metalworking skills.

*This workshop is two sessions; Nov 11th 6pm-7:30pm and Nov 18th, 6pm-8:30pm*

**This is a kit-based virtual workshop. Participants will pay for the workshop, pick-up their kit, and receive virtual instruction using Google Meet. Kits will include everything needed to successfully complete the workshop! For community members, we will work out a time that works for curbside pickup. The tools being lent out are property of the Studio Arts and Craft Centre. Participants are responsible for returning the tools that came in their kit.**
