Step 1 – Information on the Certificate Exam Process

This step contains important information on the Certification Exam Process. It also includes information on Continuing Education Hours (CEH) requirements, recertification and fees.

You will be notified by email from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (UWM) as to your testing log-in, proctoring information and date/time one week prior to the exam. Questions regarding your exam application/registration should be directed to Gloria Lane at UWM-PeerSpecialist@uwm.edu or 414-227-3352.

Upon successful completion of the required components, a certification document will be issued to you by the state of Wisconsin within two weeks of the issuance of your results letter.

Step 2 – Applicant Information

You are required to verify your eligibility to take the exam.
