Rosario Sánchez-Ledesma, ACC/UWCPC
Rosario is an organizational development leader with cross-sector experience in business, education, government, nonprofit administration and the financial industry. Her passion is helping individuals and organizations achieve success. She is an ICF certified coach, thought partner and strategist. Rosario excels at working with diverse people, building trust, and maintaining constructive and effective relationships. She currently serves as the director of Paranet’s LeaderPRO Development Network – coaching, consulting and instructing all levels of leadership in the manufacturing industry to recognize emerging challenges and inspire an organizational response.
While at Northwestern Mutual (NM), Rosario provided coaching and consulting services to Fortune 100 executives, driving results at the local, regional and national level by improving organizational effectiveness and achieving bottom-line growth. Prior to NM, she was the director of Corporate and Community Partnerships at UMOS, one of Wisconsin’s largest nonprofits offering comprehensive services in the areas of education, employment, health and housing.
For over a decade, Rosario was part of the executive leadership team at Nativity Jesuit Middle School, a high-performing college preparatory urban school serving marginalized students. As the school’s principal, she was instrumental in shaping Nativity’s culturally sensitive education model, fostering a culture of top-tier instruction, engagement and inclusion. Rosario was a member of the National Nativity Network of Schools contributing to the system-wide growth and development of 50-plus Nativity schools across the U.S.
