Rosario Sánchez-Ledesma, ACC/UWCPC

Rosario Sánchez-Ledesma is the principal and co-founder of Lifecamp, LLC. She a coach and consultant with experience in executive and leadership coaching, organization, training and facilitation.

Her professional experience includes being a Business Consultant and Coach and an HR Divisional Budget Consultant at Northwestern Mutual, the Directo of Corporate and Community Partnerships at UMOs, Inc., and the Principal of Nativity Jesuit Middle School.

Rosario is a people and performance accelerator and is known for cultivating growth in leaders, from Gen Z to Baby Boomers, for igniting positive organizational and culture change in businesses and nonprofits. She is also a diversity advocate, an Intuitive, bilingual diplomat with experience building bonds of respect, trust, collaboration, and unity within and among teams. Rosario holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was a Graduate Scholar Rotary International, Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and a MID, Instructional Design/Training & Development, Alverno College.

Her certifications include Certified Professional Coaching Program, University of Wisconsin-Madison (UWCPC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coach Federation (ICF), the Certified Translator/Interpreter (Spanish/English), Rotary International, Inc. and the Coach Credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Rosario has coached and consulted with Fortune 100 executives and their leadership teams, delivered team building and business planning retreats with clients from global Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations, partnered with a manufacturing membership organization to design and implement its multi-tier leadership development platform and facilitator executive leadership circles with non-profit executive directors who run organizations with budgets from $1 million to $40 million.
