Rosario Sánchez-Ledesma

Rosario Sánchez-Ledesma is the principal and co-founder of Lifecamp, LLC. She a coach and consultant with experience in executive and leadership coaching, organization, training and facilitation.

Her professional experience includes being a Business Consultant and Coach and an HR Divisional Budget Consultant at Northwestern Mutual, the Directo of Corporate and Community Partnerships at UMOs, Inc., and the Principal of Nativity Jesuit Middle School.

Rosario is a people and performance accelerator and is known for cultivating growth in leaders, from Gen Z to Baby Boomers, for igniting positive organizational and culture change in businesses and nonprofits. She is also a diversity advocate, an Intuitive, bilingual diplomat with experience building bonds of respect, trust, collaboration, and unity within and among teams. She is skilled at coaching professionals to uncover, believe in and live into their strengths – inspiring people to strengthen their Sage and quiet their Saboteurs. Professional Certified.

Rosario holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She was a Graduate Scholar Rotary International, Autonomous University of Guadalajara, Mexico, and a MID, Instructional Design/Training & Development, Alverno College.

Her certifications include Certified Professional Coaching Program, University of Wisconsin-Madison (UWCPC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coach Federation (ICF), the Certified Translator/Interpreter (Spanish/English), Rotary International, Inc. and the Coach Credential from the International Coaching Federation.

Rosario has coached and consulted with Fortune 100 executives and their leadership teams, delivered team building and business planning retreats with clients from global Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations, partnered with a manufacturing membership organization to design and implement its multi-tier leadership development platform and facilitator executive leadership circles with non-profit executive directors who run organizations with budgets from $1 million to $40 million.

Rose Meagher is passionate about equipping and inspiring professionals to become the kind of leader they want to be. Rose specializes in developing talent that organizations need today: leaders who are ready now, ready for what’s next, ready to grow people and teams to deliver what matters for their business.

Rose is an accomplished talent and organizational development expert who has influenced the growth of hundreds of leaders. With more than 25 years of experience, she knows firsthand the realities that leaders face. As a respected Vice President of Training & Development for J.P. Morgan Chase, she led a team of coaches, trainers, facilitators, and instructional designers who supported the development of more than 100,000 employees throughout the United States.

She founded Meagher Consulting, LLC, to bring her leadership and talent development offerings to clients in manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, government, and non-profit arenas. Rose believes that no leader is ready-made. Her leadership and talent development offerings include practical skill-building that equips professionals with capabilities and confidence to know who they are, how to lead others, and manage the business.

Rose holds certifications in an assortment of leadership assessment and team-building tools, and she is skilled in both in-person and virtual facilitation. She also influences the next generation of business professionals as an Adjunct Instructor in Communications and Leadership Studies programs at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis. She holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies and Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Organizational Leadership from Marquette University. She studied strategic leadership at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Rose was honored as one of Marquette University’s Alumni of the Year in 2016.
