Tony Tsai, MEd

蔡 东 毅 Tony Tsai born and raised in Shanghai, China, has been living in Milwaukee since 1986. He received a BA from Shanghai Teachers University in Shanghai, China, and an MEd from Marquette University in Milwaukee. Tony is bicultural and fluent in both Chinese and English with decades of teaching experience helping learners of non-English speakers to acquire English at UMOS and MATC and years of experience helping English speakers to learn basic Chinese at UWM’s School of Continuing Education since 2007.
