Kristin Strunk, SHRM
Kristin is a passionate culture advocate and versatile human resource executive with progressive experience in multiple functional areas and global site management, including talent management, change leadership, leadership coaching, employee engagement and employee and labor relations. She focuses on partnering with executives on strategic issues related to culture, organizational development, employee relations and change management. Kristin is currently an organizational development manager for Harley-Davidson. She teaches at UWM’s School of Continuing Education and is on the Board of Directors for the Urban Ecology Center. She recently has spoken at a variety of events such as MMSHRM’s Spring Conference, DisruptHR Madison and Mini CultureCon.
