Grady Crosby

Grady Crosby is a dynamic senior executive leader and corporate officer of Johnson Controls. He is directly responsible for driving Johnson Controls’ global strategies regarding DE&I, sustainability and government relations, and its philanthropic endeavors to enhance enterprise business objectives and maintain the company’s commitment to Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) improvement.

Crosby is the vice president of public affairs and chief diversity officer where he develops and implements focused government relations strategies and leads the company’s sustainability and community involvement initiatives to build partnerships that align with the Johnson Controls brand while enhancing value.

Crosby joined Johnson Controls in 2011 and has held several positions of increasing responsibility, including vice president and global general counsel for the company’s Power Solutions business. Crosby holds a JD from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Howard University. He serves on several prominent national and local nonprofit boards.
