Erich Maas make his living as a content designer on the user experience design team at Mercari.

He seeks creative ways to get users what they need with concise, meaningful copy in just the right place.

Erich has worn many hats as he developed as a writer in publishing, federal contracting, digital marketing and product design. He hasn’t seen it all, but he’s seen a lot, and he learns more every day.

When time allows, he’s also a blacksmith, cyclist and vinyl record enthusiast.
