Bill Jackson has worked in the field of human resources for almost 20 years, with experience spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, total rewards and learning and development. He specializes in organizational design/development, talent management, strategy planning/alignment, DEI and continuous improvement.

Bill is a strategic HR advisor to executive leadership teams to influence strategic business decisions relating to the people function. He has managed small to large organizational design projects and has created HR initiatives such as safety programs, early career development programs, a reverse mentorship program and more.

Bill is passionate about creating human connections with people to help them become their best selves professionally and personally. He incorporates storytelling, authentic business problem examples, and breathing/meditation techniques into the classroom to optimize the learning experience.
