Weaving Wonders
Gr. K5-2
Have you ever wanted to make a wall hanging out of yarn? Learn how to make bookmarks, coasters, and wall hangings as you explore the wonderful world of weaving. Students will learn to use the plain-weave technique to create multicolored, functional works of art using recycled fibers, art yarns, and cords.
Prerequisites
Kindergartners must be five years old by June 12, and must have prior five-days-a-week school experience to participate in our program.
