Our Amazing Brains and Aging
Dr. Pier will present an overview of the aging process and how it impacts our brains and brain functioning. We will examine normal, age-associated changes, a range of illnesses that impact the brain, including Alzheimer’s disease. We will also review current evidence about treatments and protective factors regarding maintaining and enhancing brain function.
