OFFICE HOURS AND LOCATION

Reduced In-Person Hours for the Summer

The Registrar’s Office will not have in-person hours on Fridays starting Monday, May 20^th.

Due to the events and traffic surrounding the Republican National Convention, the Registrar’s Office will also not have any in-person hours the week of July 15^th.

Hours for phones, voicemails, and emails will remain Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm throughout the summer.

Full Office Closures during the Summer

The entire University, including the Registrar’s Office, will be closed for Memorial Day on Monday, May 27^th and Independence Day on Thursday, July 4^th.  In addition, the Registrar’s office will be closed on Wednesday, August 7^th for an all-staff retreat and planning meeting.

In-Person Hours:

In-person service is available Monday-Thursday 9:00am-4:00pm and Fridays 9:00am-3:00pm.

Phones, voicemails and email are answered Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm.
