Paint the Milwaukee Flag

$15Although it hasn’t been officially adopted by the local government, the People’s Flag of Milwaukee is highly utilized and recognizable around town. This one-day workshop will outline the tracing method and painting of the People’s Flag. Heavy-duty canvas and outdoor house paint will be used to create a durable and weather-resistant handmade flag.
Sign-up Deadline: Friday, September 10 at 5pm
Cost: Students $15 Staff/Alumni $25 Community $35
Register for Workshops:
There are three (3) ways to register for workshops: (1) Register online at www.uwm.edu/studentinvolvement/workshop-registration, (2) Call 414-229-5535 or (3) Stop by the Craft Centre to register in person.
Online registration is a two-step process. Your spot is reserved online, but payment is done over the phone or in person.
**The Studio Arts & Craft Centre reserves the right to cancel workshops due to low enrollment. In that case, attendees will be notified one day prior to the start date by 10am and will receive a full refund.**
