Grace Beauchamp

Grace Beauchamp is a young emerging leader who is passionate about early career programming and supporting young professionals. Grace graduated with a bachelor’s degree in communications studies from Albion College and is currently completing her MBA from Marquette University.

Grace is an up and coming professional at Northwestern Mutual (NM) and is currently working on the Talent Acquisition and Growth team. She’s spent much of her life admiring the company and looking up to her father who has been an advisor with NM for over 30 years. She started her professional career at NM where she participated in the financial representative internship while completing her undergraduate degree. Since then, she’s gone on to study in Marquette University’s Masters in Business Administration program where she has found a love for leadership, strategy, HR, and organizational culture. While completing her MBA she worked at Johnson Controls as a part of their HR Graduate Internship program and as a recruiter. She couldn’t stay away from Northwestern Mutual and has now started as a Talent Acquisition and Growth Graduate Intern at the Home Office in Milwaukee.

In her personal life Grace enjoys traveling, exercising, spending time with family, and hiking with her dogs. She also has a passion for creating awareness around mental illness and has a mission to create more access to resources in underserved communities.

Diamond Herring-Rodgers

Diamond Herring-Rodgers is a passionate Milwaukee native and a dedicated alumna of Alverno College. Diamond holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and a master’s degree in business administration. Her commitment to education and personal growth has been a driving force in her personal and professional development.

Diamond’s journey into nonprofit management began with United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County as a Loaned Executive. Notably, Diamond’s exceptional contributions were recognized when she was honored with the prestigious John A. Puelicher Award in 2023. This accolade celebrates the achievements of an outstanding Loaned Executive, a testament to her remarkable dedication and impact. In 2023, she transitioned into the role of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Engagement Manager, overseeing the Diversity Leadership Society, Pride United, and a training program called Project LEAD. In this capacity, Diamond’s visionary leadership is focused on cultivating groundbreaking networking opportunities and spearheading key initiatives that will elevate diverse communities.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Diamond’s adventurous spirit shines through her love for travel. Her exploration has taken her across the globe, from studying abroad in Spain to backpacking through 15 countries in Europe. This worldly perspective enriches her approach to fostering meaningful connections within her community.

Ana Kraft

Ana Kraft is the Founder and CEO of Xena Workwear – a company that engineers stylish safety shoes and functional apparel for women in STEM and the Trades. This new category of workwear helps professional women be safe and feel confident in any work environment. Ana holds a degree in International Project Engineering from Reutlingen University in Germany and started Xena Workwear in Milwaukee, WI. The causes that drive her include sustainable development, education and maximizing opportunities for women.
