Stacey Force is a results-driven marketing executive with 20+ years of experience driving impactful strategies and fostering innovation within the B2B landscape. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer for Geminon, an employee experience solution that provides a platform for peer-based attribution to reward transferable skills, collaboration and engagement, resulting in a transferrable digital credential for individual participants.

Previously Stacey worked with Korn Ferry’s Human Experience team, where she led brand strategy and product commercialization for an 18-person global start-up focused on leveraging Human Centered Design (HCD), Microsoft’s Modern Work solutions including Viva Employee Experience Platform Data and Copilot (the Large Language Model embedded in Microsoft Office products).

Successfully diving growth initiatives for marquee brands including Korn Ferry, ManpowerGroup, Honeywell, NEC, Philips, Verizon Wireless/Ameritech Cellular and Edelman Public Relations, Stacey’s expertise lies in strategic planning, and translating market needs into impactful product solutions and marketing strategies, to ensure stakeholder needs are met.

Stacey is a technology enthusiast, and polymath who has spent her career working to enable more efficient business practices through the integration of data and emerging technologies.  She currently serves as a board member for GPS Education Partners.

Alida Al-Saadi

Alida Al-Saadi is a strategic transformation executive with over 25 years’ experience driving unprecedented business growth. She is currently leading the Human Experience team, creating a new market category for Korn Ferry in Generative AI for Business and Talent, and building leading AI & emerging tech Partnerships including Microsoft.

While leading and coaching through organizational and individual change, she solidified her reputation as a thought leader promoting innovation, organizational strategies and culture transformation for Fortune 100 to 500 pharmaceutical, government, healthcare, non-profit, human service and other industries. She brings big picture thinking with cutting edge solutions and noted results in organizational effectiveness and behavioral change.

Alida earned her Master’s in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University and her Bachelor of Arts in Organization Communications from the University of Wisconsin. She completed the Berkeley CEO Program for senior executives at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Additionally, she is an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach (PCC) and Newfield Network Certified Coach (NCCTM) working with C-Level executives, teams and individuals from across the globe.
