Yance Marti

Yance Marti grew up in West Allis and began working in Milwaukee in the mid 1980s. His interest in old buildings and the history of Milwaukee grew until he began to develop the Oldmilwaukee website in 2007 to uncover some of the forgotten history of the city. For the website he spent time researching old newspapers on microfilm to read about the various stories on people and past events to use in articles.
