Virginia Bowen, PT, COS-C

Virginia Bowen PT, COS-C, has 25 years of experience in home care. She received her BS-Physical therapy degree from University of Wisconsin in 1987 and is currently pursuing her t-DPT at College of St Scholastica. Her current role, she develops and teaches the curriculum for onboarding therapists. She also develops/presents education to enhance current therapy staff’s knowledge in assessment and treatment of the geriatric population. Her clinical background includes: acute care, rehabilitation and home care with a primary focus on Chronic Heart Failure, COPD, and geriatrics in home care. She has worked in Colorado, Tennessee and Wisconsin. Virginia has received the CEO Impact award in 2017 and 2018 for development of education for therapists in home care.
