Rita Bakalars

Rita Bakalars holds a bachelor’s degree from Cardinal Stritch University in Home Economics, and a master’s and doctoral degree in Continuing and Vocational Education (CAVE) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She taught for over 20 years at Mount Mary University and retired in 1995. Bakalars’ main interest in education was Human Development and Family Studies.
