Paul Hepp

Paul Hepp is a 30-year high school history and economics teacher. In 2013, he ventured into the craft brewing industry as an investor and then co-opened his own brewery in 2018. A beer history buff, Paul created Fun Beer Tours Milwaukee in 2016. In 2022, he presided over 80 tours and outings to showcase the city’s craft beer industry, rich brewing history, and amazing city history and architecture. His newest “fun educational” creation is Milwaukee Beer University.
