Nicholas Dillon

Nicholas Dillon is the founder and CEO of Believe University, a personal and professional development consulting firm offering professional coaching, leadership development, consulting and mediation services. Nicholas brings over 20 years of leadership and organizational development to the clients he serves and blends it with emotional intelligence, mental mindset and positive psychology to help transform workplace cultures internationally. Nicholas holds a Master of Arts degree in adult education from the University of Phoenix as well as a Master of Science in education/counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
