Nancy Torphy

While raising my sons, I made the decision to go to graduate school at UWM and, shall I say, a bit late in life became a librarian. My 25 years at Milwaukee Public Library brought everything I love together….sharing information, a love of history, public service. My retirement has just extended those interests. I am an active volunteer with Historic Milwaukee teaching how to write house histories, training volunteers, and working on programs.
