Mieko Ikeno

Mieko Ikeno is a recipient of the Professional Service Award of WAFLT (the Wisconsin Association of Foreign Language Teachers) and a former Japanese teacher at Menomonee Falls School District for 23 years. In her retirement, Mieko has been an instructor for the College for Kids & Teens, Saturday Academy (which is part of the UW-Milwaukee Division of Affairs TRIO and Pre-College program) and Milwaukee Recreation Program. She also enjoys working as a substitute teacher in different school districts including Menomonee Falls School District.
