Michael Dwyer

Michael J. Dwyer is a retired Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge. He spent 22 years on the bench, half of them in family court. He was instrumental in changing the rules governing lawyers to permit lawyer mediators to draft documents on behalf of couples who are representing themselves in a family case. In retirement he is using the rule to improve the management of divorce cases.
